Because I stayed in Australia for 1.5months(Biz Visa) one time and another time for 5months28days(less than 6months on work permit).

5 months and 28 days is pretty much six months. You should expect CIC will expect you to obtain a PCC for Australia. I would do it rather than waiting for them to ask.

Further to what scylla says, IRCC recently amended the PCC requirements so it is no longer 6 months in a row. You'll need a PCC even if you stayed in a country for more than 6 months over multiple visits.
Get a PCC for Australia. Ensure you're getting all the required documentation especially if you lived in Queensland and/or Victoria.
