Dhaka
I am a citizen of Bangladesh and currently living at Dhaka. I was out of my country for training purposes in the year 2011 for below mentioned duration.

17 January'11 to 04 April'11 @ Poland ( for 2 months 18 days)

04 April'11 to 26 August'11 @ Germany (for 4 months 22 days)

27 August'11 to 19 September'11 @ Bangladesh (for 22 days)

20 September'11 to 08 December'11 @ Germany (for 2 months 18 days)

So should I have to submit any police clearance certificate from Germany with the PR application of CANADA after ITA ?

Check "EXAMPLE C" in the link below. Exactly like yours.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html
Because you can be 90% sure they'll ask for it during the process. Better to just get it, and submit it upfront.

1. None, other than a Bangladeshi one, as you haven't resided in another country for 6 months or more. RICC means a single country, for 6 months, not an accumulation of countries where the time abroad is more that 6 months.

Technically you don't need it for Germany but I will second @Peacekeeper87's advice here. Since your stays are so close to each other there is a probability that you may be asked for a PCC during the process. So it would be good if you could figure out how to get one if needed. Or better if its a simple process get one beforehand.
