Police Clearance from Egypt and Holland

Hi Everyone
I applied for PR under the new rules and recieved a request to submitt my complete documents a few days ago. and to submitt the police clearance.
Currently, I am stying in Japan and I need to submitt the police clearance from Egypt( my country) and form Holland which I have been stayed more than 6 months in the last 10 years.
My question is, does any one has information about getting these certificates and how long it takes to recieve it?
I would like to add that my contract will be finished in 2 months and I suppose to go to Saudi Arabia for working.
shall I transfere my file to Egypt and follow it while being in Saudi Arabia, or to the London office. and is this will effect the processing time?
I appreciated your advice and recomendation as I am realy confused and do not know what to do.
