I am trying to complete "Request for Police Certificates/Clearances and Authorization for Release of Information" form to get clearance from Singapore and Indian police. (cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/PC_LetterA_e.pdf)
I have 2 doubts in relation to filling this form
what should i fill for
1) Current address in Canada - for now I have filled NA
2) To Dates in the table needs to be in MM/YYYY format. In such a use case what should i fill for(To Date) in the case of my present address in Singapore ?
