Today I got my ITA, I filled up all the information. Now I see that in the document list they are asking for the police clearance of my wife. My wife was born in Bangladesh but she lives in Canada and she is a Canadian citizen. She lived in Bangladesh for 3 years from 2012 to 2015.
My question is why they are asking police clearance from Bangladesh for her as she is already a Canadian Citizen?

System glitch. If you already correctly answered that your spouse is not included in the application, that your spouse is a Canadian citizen, and non-accompanying, then all you have to do here is upload a brief letter of explanation that your spouse is a Canadian citizen (scan a copy of her passport or citizenship document to go with it).
Thanks, I also believe the same. In the form, I have mentioned that she is a Citizen and non-accompanying. I guess they do not recognize the country of citizenship in the form. I will have to explain in the examination letter.
