Police clearance certificate

I am eligible to apply for citizenship October 2019 I lived In UAE before moving to Canada I plan to submit my papers on 01 oct 2019.The police clearance will be from 01 oct 2015 I was in uae from 01 oct 2015 to Jan 2016 however before 01 oct also my place of residence was UAE .
My question is if they only want the last 4 years then I have only lived in UAE for 120 days technically even thought the time before 01 oct I was still in UAE so do I need to submit the PCC also do application with Police clearance certificates take longer to process?
Any input or advise is highly appreciated

Not sure on requirement but getting PCC from UAE is pretty easy and fast, you can apply online on dubai police website but you need to have your Emirates-ID number even if its expired....

Question do i have to get pcc for canada as well? Also I have not lived in India for more than 183 days in the past 4 years do i need a PCc from there?
