Police Clearance certificate

Hi Guys,
My police clearance was recieved on 10th September 2010.I know it expired.I re-applied for new one but fingerprint got rejected.It takes 12 weeks to get FBI clearance.Can I apply with the expired PCC along with the receipt of new FBI app which I recently sent?Oh by the way,I am in Canada since Jul 2010.I will be returning back to USA in first week of march.Will they consider my situation as I was not in USA and probably would not have done a crime.Will my application be rejected because I sumitted expired PCC's?

1. If you have stay more than 6 months in a country, You have to submit PCC which is not expired even though you are not in that country.
2. It does not matter if you submit or do not submit expired PCC (no effect).
3. You can submit your application with copy of rejection letter + application for new PCC, and write that you would submit one as soon as you get it from FBI.


By the way, post June 26 applicant, need to submit full application to CIC and that time PCC submission is not needed.

This argument may not be valid with VO, best bet is provide old report, proof of new PCC app, and seek time to submit the new PCC Will my application be rejected because I sumitted expired PCC's? - No as far as you are ready to submit a new one
