Is it for 5 or 10 years that you need to provide police clearance certificate, for the countries that you've stayed for more than 6 months?
 
Not sure I follow. The PCC would just be each particular country issuing you a clearance overall. There is no limit they would consider. If they do, that's their prerogative.
Yes, you need to submit for all countries you have stayed over 6 months in.
