Hello there,
I am Indian citizen and got ITA for express entry. I got my PCC from India.

Currently I work on a ship and my passport entry and exit period exceeds 6 months. I always used to join the ship from US and I never stayed there as I join the ship as soon as I reach.

Do I need to get a PCC from USA as my immigration lawyer says so.
