Please let me know if the below format for PCC will help in Canada Immigartion

To whom so ever it may concern

Certified that Mrs. X (Age) W/O Mr. Y (passport
address) is known to me since about 5 years. she is a house wife and
there is nothing adverse against her in police records. she bears a
good moral character. she is not related to me. this certificate is
being issued for the purpose of Canada Immigartion by Smt. X.
