NO
you don't require to submit police clearance certificate under SPP.
In-fact its mandatory for New Zealand and Australia and not required for Canada. Many consultants in Punjab have been asking for police clearance but people WAKE UP!
you are not required to give any additional document which is not requested by the visa officer.
