Police Clearance Certificate without passport number

Hi All,

I got a police clearance certificate from Bulgaria. It doesn't have my passport number and it is in bulgarian. I have to get it translated by consulate certified translator and get it attested by the consulate. Is this enough or is there anything else needed while submitting a translated document. The translator also provides an affidavit confirming her ability with translation.

And I am not sure having no passport number in the police clearance would cause an issue.
