Hello everyone,

I lived in Saudi Arabia for 1-year, back in 2012-13. I left the country in August 2013. Do I need to provide PCC of my stay in Saudi Arabia for the immigration process?

no, Saudi Arabia provides PCC only to current residents not to people who have lived there earlier. You have to mention in the LOE that you lived in Saudi Arabia and they do not provide PCC hence you cannot provide the same.
