Police Clearance Certificate (Pakistan)

Salam dear all,

I am having problem in getting police clearance certificate from islamabad.

My senario is:

I belong to a rural area of pakistan, i have already obtained obatined PCC from my district.
I am working in islamabad and here i am living with my friend in his rented apartment. I shifted to this place a month ago. Before i was living at some other place for some 8 months.
Police is asking me to provide 2 cnic copies of neighbours who must be from the dtreet where im residing.
Now problem is that nobody will provide me a copy in this area since nobody knows me here, i dont know what to do in this situation.
Should i skip PCC from islamabad as i already have 1 from my district?
Kindly advise.

Its okay man...one PCC is enough.

One is just enough.You dont need 2.Only the most current one.

Tension released.... but i feel very sorry for our system, policemen do not listen to anyone and they do not try to understand problems :-(

I will write a letter to police commissioner and will post the same letter in the dawn newspaper just to try to make them realize about some facts.

aray baba aik 500 ka note pakraoo aur 10 min mai police cert loo.. koi wadee gal nae hai daada.. by the way u dont need it.. one is enough...
