My spouse had stayed in Philippines from June 28, 2008 till April 6, 2009 for flight training which is before 10 years cutoff period. However, he was above 18 years old at that time. So, Do we need to submit Police Clearance certificate for that period? The document request letter from CIC clearly mentions that they require a scanned copy of police certificate for all countries where our spouse has lived for more than 6 months since the age of 18 years. So, what should we do in this situation?
