I am still compiling all my supporting documents with my application. According to the PCC for applicants resided/resing in WA, Australia, CIC needs the applicants give " PCC & State Traffic Certificate". I have been living in 2 countries, so I have to get all of PCCs and the additional of State Traffic Certificate from WA.
My concern is the validity to those documents would be expired before CIC receives my application in late April as I want my medical examination and PCC done where I am currently living before getting another one from my home country (I will be travelling to my country for 3 weeks and will have PCC done at the same time). All PCCs from those countries take times for 3 weeks as maximum to be received. Do you think I may have to obtain the new ones after my PRV submission in late April?
Another question is does my husband need to obtain PCC? (He's Canadian citizen)

1. As long as the PCCs aren't older than 3 months when you submit your application they will be fine.
2. Note the Australian PCC will be sent to the visa office processing your application.
3. No your spouse doesn't require a PCC.
According to your second answer, if Australian PCC will be sent to the visa office processing my application (Sydney), why does the form ask me where to send the PCC to?
Here is the link, http://www.afp.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/90643/NPC-Application_form.pdf
Please see 4) Mailing address for Police Certificate, does it mean I have to tick "No", and write the address of Canadian embassy in Sydney so that AFP sends/posts my Australian PCC to Sydney office instead of me? Is that correct?

Because not everyone who is applying for an Australian PCC is having their application processed through Sydney Australia. Right, you select No, and the Sydney Australia office.
