I received ITA in latest rounds. I had stayed in Netherlands in 2008 from Jan to end of Nov. So if I calculate last 10 years from today, i.e. 23rd Sept, I have not spent 6 months in Netherlands. When I am entering past addresses and personal activity history, should I mention start date of my Netherlands stay as Jan 2008 or Sept 2008?
If I enter Jan 2008 , it asks me to upload Police certificate for Netherlands. But if I enter start date as Sept 2008, it does not ask me.
Another twist is: for Netherlands, I cannot directly request a PCC. I have to first submit eAPR and then IRCC will issue me a letter to get the PCC from the Netherlands. So in the LOE should I mention the fact that by Nov when I will submit my eAPR, I am almost beyond 10 years since I last stayed in Netherlands?

Since your duration of stay was between Jan-Nov 2008 you should not mention a period only of Sep-Nov 2008(even tough this the period that technically falls under the 10 yr zone)
Yes IRCC will send you a request for the PCC so no need for an LoE
so what should I enter in personal history and travel history? If I am going to submit form in say on 10th November, should I mention the date as 10-Nov-2008 as start date for address, travel history and activity history?
