I had received PCC for education/research purpose for Canada in July 2020. Can i use it for PR ehile submitting documents in Express entry now in Dec 2020 ? In PCC it is written that This certificate is issued for education/research purpose in canada and cannot be used for any other country or purpose
 
It clearly says cannot be used for other purpose. Get a new one. PCC is the most common reason for rejection.
