I as a Canadian citizen sponsored my mom under Parent and Grand Parent sponsorship program. She is asked to submit her Medical Report for herself and "Police Clearance certificate for each family member, 18 years of age or older, from the police authorities in all countries in which you have resided for at least six months".
She did not add any dependent in her application. So no one is accompanying with her. She has 2 sons. Me as Canadian sponsored her and my brother USA citizen lives in US. Both of us are not dependent children. But our names exist in ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM as children. My mom never left home country.
So I am not clear, both me and my brother and our spouses will need submit police clearance certificate for my mom's application or just mom's one. Any one have that experience on that situation please reply. It will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
