Guys,

I have to apply for Indian police clearance certificate from CGI Houston, I want to know whether I have to provide the permanent address as the address where my family is established or where my passport is issued, while I was working and living in different city.

I am sure this question was probably asked some where else while I search for my specific scenario, It will be helpful to hear from your experiences.
