I am applying for my parents citizenship. In last 4 years they lived 4 months in India and then went to uk for 5 months and then came back to Canada. So they went out of Canada for more than 183 days but in each country they have spent less than 183 days . Do I still need to submit police clearance certificate?
In case, if I don’t submit - will they reject my application and all fees paid are gone?
