1. Will FBI accept finger print done on RCMP form not FBI fingerprint form dated on August 2016?
2. I went to my local RCMP to get my finger print done, but they require a paper from CIC requesting police check? Which I dont have. I just got my ITA last Friday and I have not completed the APR yet. But I wanted to move forward with my FBI clearance. Only after my APR submitted CIC will send me the list of documents to be uploaded. Only then I can ask RCMP for finger print?
Thanks in advance.

You don't need to get a Canadian policy check. I believe FBI have to take their own fingerprints. Be aware that FBI reports are taking +4 months.

Not necessarily. I got mine on Saturday and my application had reached the FBI on Oct 13th.

Not a citizen, just lived there for 5 years prior to moving to Canada. It IS slightly shorter if you have a SSN, though.
