Police Certificates

Hi All,

I am applying for the express entry and I had a couple of questions regarding police reports.

I currently live in Australia, and migrated here almost 10 years ago. I was wondering if I could you use my previous police certificates for the countries I used to live in before moving to Australia. Since moving to Australia I haven't lived in those countries for more than a month - only visited them for a holiday.

I know I would new a latest police certificate from Australia, but do I need one from the previous countries again? I have heard people talk about the validity of the police certificates needs to be 3 months - but that is for from the country you are currently living in.

This is what the IRCC site says and I think it is self-explanatory.

"If you need one from a country where you lived in the past, it must have been issued after you last lived in that country. If it has an expiry date and is now expired, include it. We will let you know if you need a new one."
