Hi, yesterday we just sent my husband's fingerprints and whatnot for his police certificates, our deadline is March 31, they will not be processed by then. Someone told me I can just show them proof that I've done my part, can I just take photos of the tracking numbers/receipts and other evidence to prove that I've sent them and send them and attach them to where it says 'upload file'?
