Police Certificates (Multiple) (required) CLARIFICATION

I am about to send my application for Express entry but want to make sure something:

My situation: I had lived in India till the age of 17. I turned 18 in Canada and have never lived in any country other than Canada for more than 6 months since the age of 18.

This means I don't require police certificates. Right?

Also, I added a letter of explanation for this. am I okay?

Yes. You don't need any PCC(s). CIC will let you know if and when you need to get an RCMP certificate.

You don't need to explain this but no harm done by adding the LOE.
