Hi everyone , the police certificate will expire on june 01 .2011 can i get a new one for my wife on MAY ,and just send it to the visa office in TEL AVIV before they ask me to send a new one , so that i can save time

Yes, there is no problem if you send a fresh one to save time. Usually people do send new PCC when asked by Visa office. But if you wish you can do it which is always better.
