Any one gets police certificate from Saudi Arabia recently how long does it take ? what do I need to do ?

Hi Guys.
Any experts to help me please. My son stayed in spain for just a little more than 6 months and has now got a good conduct certficate and a certified transalation. Does he have to LEGALISE this certificate in Spain. Fyi, Canada is not a signatory to the Hague Convention,.Thanks
