I have submitted my PR Application under express entry, now i have been reading about police certificate and i am bit confused. My application did not ask me to submit a police certificate, so i submitted the application without any police certificate. I came to Canada on September 10, 2010, i turned 19 years old on September 27, 2010. I thought as i was still 18 in Canada they did not require my Police Certificate as i have not traveled anywhere after coming to Canada. Can someone please confirm if i was suppose to get police certificate from my home country or not? If i was suppose to, is there anything i can do right now? My status for application is medical passed and they are processing my back ground check( i think IP2 stage).

Yes i get that part, but i am bit confused for before you were 18 years old? Like is it inclusive of 18 years old or strictly before 18? I called CIC and they said as long as it did not ask during application, you should be fine. But like my Work Permit is expiring next week, i do not think i will have a chance to re-apply if this application gets rejected. So just wanted to make sure.

Everyone gets a custom checklist, which highlights which certificates are required... if you have not got any place holder for the PCC then you should not really worry about it imho.
