police certificate

I sent all the requirements to the embassy in Mexico to process a federal police ceftificate. The instructions is that the embassy says they will send the certificate to Vigreville. I called immigration and there is a post in the system that states "letter received from embassy", but it does not use the word "certificate" so the call centre agent told me she did not know if i lt was a letter only or the letter cointained the certificate. How can I find out what it was sent to Vigreville? The embassy does not have a contact line and my dead line is coming up soon. I am desperate and I would appreciate any insightful information. Thank you
