I believe My express entry profile has been rejected by a mistake. This is the reason given:
- Police Certificate:
o The Police certificate from Iran that you provided with your application is not acceptable. Police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate(s) in colour. Certified true copies and unauthorized copies are unacceptable and will result in the application being rejected as incomplete.
However, my documents meet all criteria!!! the letter in my country is originally all in black and white but only the stamp and the signature are in color. I have sent the color scan of the original!
I am devastated... I thing it is a mistake by the officer...
What should I do? Please help me...
