Police Certificate - Where to send ?

Hello

I lived in Israel for a few years , so I have to provide Israeli PC to CIC.
But Israeli police does not release PC to public, only to Israeli Embassy which should send the PC to CIC.

I received a request from CIC to provide PC within 7 days.
Now I have not idea what to do.

The Israeli embassy in Toronto will forward the PC but I have to tell them where to mail it. So, what is the address that I should give them?

What document should I upload to EE profile?

Please, help.

I assume you need to send the PC to the visa office processing your application. In most cases is Ottawa.

I would also phone CIC to make sure.
