Police Certificate Time Period

Hello all,

I go invited for this year's PGP programs. A question about the police certificate, is IRCC required only certificate from last 10 years, that is, no criminal record from 2014 to present 2024 ?
Or the certificate has to be covering period since the parents turned 18 years old into present time ?

Follow the guide (it could be country specific. I am not sure.) and IRCC can request further information at a later stage (e.g. more certificates from other countries...etc).
You will get them when requested if not on the document checklist.

This link might help (if you haven't found it already). You use the drop down menu to see the requirements for your specific country (or any country where you have spent more than 6 months). It should lead you to the agency that performs police clearances in your country (eg in my case, Acro in the United Kingdom). Each country will be different.

Where did you get the "last 10 years" part for pcc?
