Hi,

A few quick questions I'm having a hard time finding an answer to:
  1. I was in a country for 183 days in a row before moving to Canada, but those 183 days are only partially within the 4 year. (As an example: let's say the 4 year mark is June 2019. I was in that country from Jan. 2019 to August 2019.). Does that count as having to present a police certificate, if the 183 days straddle the cutoff?
  2. If the answer to 1 is yes: I already presented the police certificate for that country when I applied for my PR. Do I have to present a new certificate (taking into account that I visited that country for tourism recently, after the police certificate was issued)?
Thanks in advance.
