Police Certificate Required from all cities?

Hi Everyone

My name is Talal Nasir and I recently applied for Canadian permanent residency under express entry in December 2015.

I want to know if it is mandatory to get police certificates from all cities in Pakistan where you have lived for more than 6 months?

Also I will appreciate if someone could present his case or words, who is been asked to provide police certificates.

PCC is for the country not city

That is exactly what I said to my friend who recently got his PR.

Actually this was stated to him by his immigration agent and he got Police Certificates from all cities very difficultly.

I also have tried to get it from another city, they refused saying that a PCC from one city is enough and all their database is online and connected. And also they issue it to only current residents.

Anyone being asked for Police Certificate from all cities currently or in past? please let me know.

Dear Talal, you have to get PCC from each city where you lived more than 6 months.
