Hello, I am hoping to apply for a job in Canada at a port of entry soon from the United States. I have secured my police certificate- known as an Identity History Summary from the FBI. I saw a note that said a state specific summary may also be required but I am not able to find out what specific state form I would need (I'm from Massachusetts). Does anyone know which specific form may be required from the state of Massachusetts?
