I am currently in the process of requesting a Police Clearance Certificate from Vietnam. I received ADR on April 1 for it. I know that this will have to be properly translated/notarized in English.
Does anyone know if it also needs to go through some kind of Consular Authentication (for Vietnamese documents it would be done by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) or is a certified English translation sufficient?
