Police Certificate - Mexico - Express Entry - Getting it in Mexico even if living in Canada?

I live in Canada.

Does any of you have any experience getting a police record from the FGR in Mexico even if you applied to Express Entry (EE) from inside Canada?

I travel really often to Mexico, is there any way to avoid processing it from the Embassy in Mexico, thus adding like 6 months to the process?

I know that I shouldn't get it myself because it wouldn't get accepted, but is there a way to do so through the Visa Office in Mexico City while visiting Mexico? TY
