Hello,

I just applied for a police certificate from Washington State in US. However, they sent my application back because of the fee mistake. I sent 25 dollars for fee, they mentioned that should be more.

Now, they are saying " please submit correct fee. A fingerprint card is $30 or Name and Birth request is $35. Now, should i apply both of them, or just one of them? which one is correct for immigration process.
