Hello All experts,
I am planning to apply for Canada PR under Canada Exp Class Express entry program. I am working in Montreal Quebec since last one year. I checked the required document list and have few questions for my case. I hope I'll get some help for all those questions here from all you experts. My questions are:
1. I am living in Montreal Quebec from last one year, if I apply for PR and mention Ontario for settling, French will be mandatory? Will my stay in Quebec counts as Canada experience?
2. I lived in the USA for 3 years in past, i saw in the document checklist that we need to produce police certificate for all the places/country where we lived for more than 6 months. in this case, how can i get the police certificate from the USA as i do not know anyone there now. Also do i need to produce Canada police certificate as well. I am an Indian citizen and i can get a police certificate from India, not a problem.

Thanks
