I just got ITA yesterday, and now I want to get police certificate from Saudi Arabia but the problem is I dont live there anymore. I left in 2016. Does anyone know how to get it from outside Saudi. Please need your help.

Google pcc for saudia arabia for cic,its mentioned on their website,and submit a file saying that saudi pcc is available only for current legal residents,you will find what to write on the website
You don't need to upload anything related to Saudi PCC. CIC won't expect you Saudi PCC for sure. I have also worked in Saudi for sometime and didn't submit anything.
What if I'm an Egyptian and currently live and work in Saudi Arabia for more than 6 years,, should i submitt pcc from both saudia arabia and Egypt ?

Based on your message, I understood that you are not citizen of Saudi. If so, you don't need to provide PCC for Saudi. Please refer the extract from CIC site. For Egypt, you have to provide PCC.

If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

The OP said he currently lives and works in Saudi Arabia, this means that his country of residence is Saudi and he should get a PCC from there.
