Hi All,
I have a simple question but I couldn't find the answer here or somewhere else.
When applying for express entry does the police clearance have to be from our current country of residence or country of origin? Also does it have to be new or can I use one from a couple of years ago?
Many thanks!
Sophie
You need a police certificate from any country you have lived for six months or more since the age of 18. They need to be new. The police certificates cannot be more than three months old when they reach CIC.
Hi Scylla,
Thank you so much for the information... Well that means we need to get a total of 5 certificate between the two of us
