Police certificate for UK

Hello,

Anyone has experience is obtaining a police certificate from the UK while being away from the UK? My husband studied and worked in the UK for 6 years but is not living in Kenya. We are trying to obtain a police certificate for him for the UK.

Any advice will be helpful.

Offer of employment, registration or contract from the requesting organisation - You must provide a copy of the document from the organisation asking you to obtain an ICPC. This document must be personal to you. This can be email correspondence in terms of registration, or a copy of your current contract / offer of employment.

You do NOT want to apply for ICPC. That is the wrong document. You need a "Police Certificate" for immigration purposes. https://www.acro.police.uk/acro_std.aspx?id=67
It's probably one of the easiest PCC applications in the world.
