police certificate for Pending aylum in the US wants to move to Canada

Hello Everybody

I really need you help

My husband and I have a Pendind Asylum in the USA.

We've received our ITA. And now we've to prepare documents including Police Certificate from USA.

How can we get it with our pending asylum statut?

So maybe just to clarify you are waiting on having claimed asylum in the USA and now you have applied to immigrate to Canada before you have any status in the US so in effect are you then still citizens of your original country which you left to claim asylum in the US ? Assume that for any application to immigrate to Canada you applied based on citizenship of your home country and not the pending asylum in the US ?

Apologies for the questions but little to go on in your post and may well be anyway if you do not already have one you need an immigration lawyer given your asylum status.
