Police Certificate - FBI Channeler near border?

Hi All,

I currently reside in Ottawa, and on my checklist I need to get an FBI police certificate.

What is the closest channeler to the Ottawa or Toronto border I can go to? Has anyone had any experience with this? I heard using a channeler will help expedite the process much faster.

Fbi pcc is a 3 day affair, you need to register online and Send them fingerprints though express mail. You will get your pcc in 3 days

So a channeler isn't necessary? I was told not using a channeler would take a long time.

You can only use a channeler if you're a US citizen or permanent resident. If you are then the process is very quick with a turn around time of about a few hours which I have done previously. If you're not then the eDo mentioned about is the next fastest alternative.
