Police certificate AFTER submitting PR application (Malaysia)

Hi could anyone share some advice on how I'm supposed to attach a letter asking IRCC for a letter requesting a police certificate?

I have to get police certificates for Australia, UK and Malaysia. I've got the first two but the Malaysian one is only due AFTER I submit my application for PR, according to the CIC website.

How do I do this? I attach a letter to my Australia and UK police certs in one PDF file? Or I mention I need a letter from IRCC in my LOE?
