Police certficate Vienna

Hello everybody,

I live in the Netherlands and I'm being sponsored by my boyfriend.

I just started filling out all the forms for the application but I'm not sure how it works with the police certficate.

I had to download an applicationform for the police certificate from the justice website and then send it to Vienna, if I understand it correctly.
Then in Vienna the have to put a stamp on it, or I don't know what exactly, and then send it back to me. Then I have take it to the municipal building, city hall, and they are sending it to Justice again, and then Justice will send me the police certicficate. This is what I understand.

I did send it to Vienna 3 weeks agao, but didn't get it back yet. Does anybody know if I'm doing it correctly?
Is it better if I call Vienna and ask if they recieved it?
Or shall I have more patient?

I'm just a bit confused about it.

Hi Remrov,
Not sure why you send it to Vienna? For a stamp?
I had to apply for it (send my mom over, as I'm in Canada) in the city where I live in the Netherlands. Just write down its for immigration purpose and fill in the cic address. Pay for it and that's it.
