Hello
I have got police caution in 2012 for assualt in UK. My record will be cleared after 5 years that is within the next few months. But I want to apply for student visa now. Will I be refused a visa?
 
Speak to a good immigration lawyer. You are most likely inadmissible. Once the five years have passed, you will most likely have to apply for rehabilitation before you can qualify for a study permit. Rehabilitation applications typically take a number of months to process.
