I would like to know if you could answer these questions?

1. For the federal skilled workers program, I have one qualification which matches the NOC i selected but can additional points be gained from having other certificates, unrelated to my noc or do all of them have to allign with the chosen NOC?

2. What category of education would this trade certifcate be in , would it be considered a 4 year program or just the 9 months. If you spend 9 months at a trade college and then obtain an apprenticeship of 4 years and recive your qualfication from the institution.
