Hi All

can anyone please tell me that immigration counselor can reduce the points of valid TCF Quebec result after interview or points solely awarded on the basis of result of TCFQuebec.

i appeared for an interview in BIQ HK on Nov 2011. My French level was A2 & B1 in TCFquebec, according to which i was awarded 7 points but after interview they reduced my points to 4 and refused my case by 2 points.
