Points for spouse education not claimed still document requested

Hi I have not claimed points for my spouse education from EE stage I had mentioned ECA = No . Now after completion of application post ITA I see a slot in the document section asking for spouse education documents? I was hoping they won't ask for it . I checked the points as well no change. Can i upload without WES report!

Have you added your spouse's education in the Education section? If so, I guess they would ask you for the relevant documents.
If you only added it in her Personal History section, they won't ask anything.

I'm in a similar situation. Did not claim points for spouse education (I had mentioned ECA = No) but still I'm asked to upload the documents. What did you do in your case and did you already get your PR?
